Click HERE to register before April 9th for the FREE virtual PD "Math Madness to Math Meaning: Thinking Differently About Math" which is being held on Thursday, April 9th from 3:30 - 4:30 pm (cst).  One IL PD Credit is available. This webinar is being hosted collaboratively by ROE40 & ICTM.  Presenter Kelly Remijan (ICTM Director-at-Large) will discuss different ways of thinking about & teaching math pertaining to subtraction, halving numbers, converting mixed numbers to improper fractions, percentages being reversible, multiplying using rectangles, long division meaning, adding/subtracting integers, subtracting/multiplying/dividing fractions, solving equations with rectangles or Desmos, & making math more visual. Teachers will also learn about various social media resources that encourage Ss to think about math differently. Click HERE for a flyer!
