Distinguished Life Achievement

Guidelines for Nomination

The nominee should:

  1. Be retired or near retirement.
  2. Be or have been a member of ICTM for several years.
  3. Be one who has given distinguished and honorable service to mathematics education in Illinois.
  4. Meet all nomination requirements.

(The nominee may have previously received one of the other ICTM Awards.)
